Aegean Beauty is not a clinic. We work with independent surgeons and hospitals across Izmir, and we match each patient with a doctor whose experience fits their procedure.
That means your options are not limited to whoever happens to work at one hospital. The right surgeon for a rhinoplasty is rarely the right surgeon for a knee replacement or a bloodless procedure, and finding them is our job.
We coordinate the rest around you: the hospital, the timings, the practical details. From your first question to your flight home, the plan is built for your case. Izmir is our home, and we want you to feel looked after while you are here.
The surgeons below are the doctors we work with most often, but they are not the only ones. Depending on what you need, we may bring in a different surgeon or a different hospital in Izmir, whoever is right for your case. Your treatment plan and every practical detail are discussed and agreed with you before you travel.

Orthopaedics and Traumatology
Dr. Özgen graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine in 1988 and completed his orthopaedic training at Izmir Atatürk State Hospital between 1992 and 1996.
He worked at the orthopaedic clinic of Izmir Eşrefpaşa Municipal Hospital from 1997 to 2022 — twenty-five years in one department. He has been operating at Su Hospital in Izmir since 2021.

Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
Dr. Sır graduated from Manisa Celal Bayar University Faculty of Medicine in 2002 and completed his specialist training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the same university in 2009.
He has treated international patients in Izmir since 2016 and received his associate professorship in 2022. He teaches at Izmir Kavram University and operates at Can Hospital, alongside his own practice in Izmir.

Op. Dr. Melih Arif Közen
ENT Surgeon, Facial Plastic Surgery
Dr. Közen graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 2009 and completed his specialist training in Ear, Nose and Throat surgery at Dokuz Eylül University in 2017.
He worked at Egepol Hospital from 2020 and at Ekol Hospital from 2023, and has run his own practice in Izmir since 2024.
Rhinoplasty is his primary focus. He has performed over 4,000 rhinoplasty operations, including revision cases where a previous surgery has not produced the intended result. He is a member of the Facial Plastic Surgery Society, the Turkish professional body for facial plastic surgery.
Consultations with Dr. Közen are supported by an interpreter.
